Southborough – Jeffrey S. Thomas, 46, formerly of Natick, died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at Marlborough Hospital after being stricken ill at home.
He leaves his wife of 23 years, Helen (Lee) Thomas, and his children, Scott W. Thomas and Rebecca A. Thomas, both at home. He also leaves his parents, Francis and Judith (Finch) Thomas of Durham, Conn.; his sister, Debrah Linehan and her husband Kevin of Cromwell, Conn.; and his mother- and father-in-law, Robert and Sandra Wilson of Natick.
He was born in Hartford, Conn. and moved to Southborough eight years ago from Natick. For the past several months he was employed as a stationary engineer by the Energy Construction Service of Worcester.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, at 12 p.m., in the John P. Rowe Funeral Home Inc., 57 Main St., Marlborough. Cremation will follow at Rural Crematory in Worcester. Calling hours are at the funeral home, prior to services on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to noon
