Southborough – Wednesday, Dec. 7, Southborough's own Donna McDaniel will discuss her new book, Southborough Memories, in the Southborough Library main reading room, beginning at 7 p.m.
Southborough Memories focuses on stories and events from 1900 to 1940, and contains interviews with 40 Southborough seniors. The book would make a great gift for anyone with ties to the town.
McDaniel has lived in Southborough for 39 years, and she has the distinction of being the first female selectman in Southborough. She writes a bi-weekly column for the Northborough/Southborough Villager.
