Worcester – The Boston Dance Company will be performing The Nutcracker ballet Friday, Dec. 16, at 7 p.m., in the Sullivan Auditorium at Worcester State University. This is the 19th season of Boston Dance Company's annual production.
The Nutcracker is a performance the entire family will enjoy and remember – full of magic, a growing Christmas tree, a sword-fight, snowing onstage, and spectacular dancing. The large cast includes approximately 20 professional dancers, 10 company apprentices, and more than 50 local children.
Tickets are $18 for seniors and children and $25 for adults, and can be purchased in advance at www.bostondancecompany.net or at the door.
