Region – As an organization helping cancer patients in virtually every Massachusetts community, the American Cancer Society is reaching out this month and asking residents to consider giving a monetary gift to honor or remember someone or make a planned gift to support the Society's crucial lifesaving research, education, advocacy, and patient service programs.
“A charitable donation can be a delightful and unexpected gift for a coworker, friend, or loved one,” said Thelma Rusack, Director of Estate and Gift Planning for the American Cancer Society. “Individuals can make a donation in any amount and an acknowledgement letter will be forwarded to the person honored.”
