Real estate year in review
Michelle Gillespie, Realtor

The 2011 real estate market showed signs of future recovery. Housing inventories decreased, indicating that 2012 might be a more active market. During 2011, in spite of the current economic challenges, I helped many people buy and sell their homes. Thanks to all my clients for putting their trust in me as their realtor, and for making 2011 another successful year. I truly appreciate your business.

Testimonials from my clients, some of which I have included here, are my best and proudest advertisements.

First-Time Buyer

“As a first-time home buyer, Michelle made me feel like I was her only client. She was incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. I treasure her honesty, friendliness, and forthrightness in conducting business; qualities that can be difficult to find. Michelle is a true professional in every sense of the word. I love my new home. Thank you for everything!”

~ Kate Leahy, Northborough

Downsizing

“We had mixed emotions about selling our home of 32 years, but working with Michelle made our journey easier. She supported us through every step of the process and was always open and honest with us about the housing market. Most important, she put our best interest first. We'se happy to say that our house has a sold sign on it thanks to Michelle.”

~ Alan and Mary Carlson, Northborough

A Unique Property

“Working with Michelle feels like working with a good friend. She sold our antique home that we had lived in and loved for 34 years. Michelle was very attuned to our wishes and did an outstanding job marketing and presenting our home, with all its unique features.”

~ Ralph and Gerri Stevens, Northborough

Solving Problems

“I had my house on the market for two years, but it was not selling. Finally, I called Michelle, and within 30 days, it was under agreement! There were some significant obstacles to overcome in the process, but Michelle took control of the situation, and was able to immediately resolve any problems. Selling one home and moving into another became a smooth transition instead of a nightmare.”

~ Laurene Aldorisio, Northborough
