UUCS of Westborough to present musical Christmas Eve serviceWestborough – The Unitarian Universalist Congregational Society of Westborough will be hosting a Christmas Eve service Saturday, Dec. 24, at 5:30 p.m., featuring carols, readings, dancing and beautiful music. The service will be officiated by the Reverend Cynthia Frado.

Among those slated to perform at the service are Barry and Beth Hall, who will be singing and playing a variety of traditional instruments for their Medieval, Renaissance and Celtic music including the fiddle, flute, bouzouki, viola, mandolin and bodhran; 12-year-old Westborough cellist Zlatomir Fung, who plays with the Boston Youth Symphony; Westborough high school freshman Cameron Flory on trumpet; ballerina Caleigh Snyder, a Shrewsbury middle school student and performer with the Boston Ballet Company; and local musician Luanne Crosby and the UU choir, under the direction of Warren Olsen.
