Henry L. Clark, 81Marlborough – Henry L. “Hank” Clark, 81, died Monday, Feb. 20, 2012 at Marlborough Hospital after a brief illness.

He was born, raised, and educated in Marlborough, a 1947 graduate of Marlborough High School, and the son of the late Robert W. and Eleanor M. (Temple) Clark.

Mr. Clark was a driver for Greater Marlborough Programs, Inc. until the time of his death. He previously worked at Westborough Corrugated for many years.

He leaves two sons, David H. Clark of Marlborough and Christopher H. Clark and his wife, Marybeth, of Hudson; three daughters, Debra J. Clark of Dalton, Ga., Cindy J. Clark of Lincoln City, Ore., and Cathy A. Boisvert and her husband, Peter, of Auburn; a sister, Marjorie A. Hogan and her husband, Jim, and a brother, William C. Clark and his wife, Nancy, all of Marlborough; and two grandchildren, Christian Maldonado and Leo Boisvert, both of Auburn; and many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces. He was the brother of the late Robert A. Clark of Hudson.

He loved baseball and football and was thrilled to see his N.Y. Giants win the Super Bowl last month. He played softball for many years in the Marlborough Men's Softball League, enjoyed horse racing, and loved playing pitch. He loved classic country music, especially the likes of Johnny Cash and Lefty Frizzell. He loved taking late night drives and was an avid Civil War and U.S. history buff.

Calling hours will be held Friday, Feb. 24, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the Fitzgerald & Collins Funeral Home, 378 Lincoln St., Marlborough, followed by a private burial Saturday, Feb. 25 at Maplewood Cemetery in Marlborough.
