Andersen seeking re-election to Republican State Committee

Auburn – Brent J. Andersen has announced that he is seeking re-election to the Massachusetts Republican State Committee for the Second Worcester District. Andersen, a lifelong resident of Auburn, has served on the Republican State Committee for twelve years. A graduate of Saint John's High School and Nichols College, he also serves on the Board of Trustees of Quinsigamond Community College, where he has been chairman since 2006. Mr. Andersen was elected Treasurer of the Massachusetts Republican Party by his fellow state committee members in 2003, and has continued to serve the party as treasurer since that time. He is an elected Town Meeting Member in Auburn, and serves on the Board of Directors of Auburn Youth & Family Services.

 

The election for State Committee races will be held on Tuesday, March 6, the same day as the Presidential Primary. The communities of Auburn, Grafton, Leicester, Millbury, Shrewsbury, Upton and portions of Worcester and Northbridge make up the new Second Worcester District.
