Worcester – Veterans Inc. will host their 15th Annual Best Ball Charity Golf Classic Wednesday, May 9, at the Heritage Country Club in Charlton. Heritage Country Club is an 18 hole championship golf course located in the rolling hills of Central Massachusetts. It is the home of the Central MA Professional Open and has long been considered one of the finest public golf courses in the Central MA area. This year's tournament is a best ball format and will kick off with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
The cost of the event is only $125 per golfer, and includes giveaways, green fees, golf cart, and steak dinner. There is an early bird special of $115 per golfer or $450 per foursome if paid by April 1. Interested players and foursomes are invited to join their family, friends and business partners for an exciting day of patriotic festivities and fundraising efforts for a worthy cause. Deadline date for registration is April 25.
In addition to first, second and third place prizes, the tournament will include awards for Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Closest to the Line and a Hole in One (the golfer who makes this shot will receive a motorcycle donated by Sheldon's Harley-Davidson-Buell). There will also be a post-tournament banquet for players to enjoy a steak dinner and a raffle featuring various exciting prizes donated by local merchants.

All proceeds will support Veterans Inc. and benefit veterans and their families in need. All net proceeds are donated exclusively to Veterans Inc. and may be deductible under IRS rules and regulations.
