Westborough – Karin J. Pellett, 72, passed away peacefully at home Saturday, March 3, 2012. She was the wife of the late George H. Pellett.
Born in Naugatuck, Conn., the daughter of the late Oscar and Joanne (Lenguel) Anderson, she was educated in Naugatuck schools and attended the University of Connecticut. She had been a resident of Westborough for five years, previously living in Gorham, Maine and Conway, N.H.
Mrs. Pellet was employed as the sales manager at the Eastern Slope Inn in North Conway, N.H. prior to her retirement. She was a volunteer with seniors at the Maine Medical Center and also volunteered at Westbrook High School.
She is survived by one son, Evan G. Pellett and his wife, Brittany, of Westborough; one sister, Gretchen Delrosso of Florida; two brothers, John Anderson of Connecticut and Ted Anderson of Florida; and two grandchildren, Ashley and Wyatt Pellett.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 10, at 10 a.m., in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will be at a later date in Conway Village Cemetery of Conway, NH. Calling hours are Friday, March 9, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough.
