Voices of MetroWest choir recruiting singersNatick – The Voices of MetroWest choir will be starting rehearsals Wednesday, March 7 for their spring show, “The Beat Goes On,” which will be performed on the weekend of May 19 and 20 in Natick. Voices of MetroWest has partnered with the 2012 Natick Relay for Life fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, to perform Saturday, May 19.

Voices of MetroWest is a non-sectarian, co-ed, multi-generational and multi-cultural choir whose mission is to promote singing as an act of passion and compassion. Through both membership cultivation initiatives and interactive public concerts, the choir builds community by conveying inspiration and joy through song.

Formed in 2008, the community choir is now preparing for its eighth season of singing. The group rehearses on Wednesday nights from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at the First Congregational Church, 2 East Central St., Natick.
