Spring and summer programs at Northborough RecreationNorthborough – Northborough Recreation's spring/summer brochure is now available at www.northboroughrecreation.com and will be mailed out to Northborough residents. Registration for the recreation summer camp began Feb. 11 and is ongoing. Registration for all other spring/summer camps and programs began March 9. Non-residents are always welcome to register for our programs at no additional cost.

Programs include vacation clinics for Golf, Field Hockey, Lifeguarding, Spectacular Science, and Soccer; weeklong summer camps and clinics for Adventure Kids, Archery, Beasties, Field Hockey, Cooking & Gardening, Golf, Jedi Engineering, Bash'sm Bots, Rugby, Spectacular Science, Soccer, Tennis, Theater, Kids Discovery, Teen Scene, Counselor-in-Training, and Club Assabet.

Toddler and preschooler programs include for T-Ball, Soccer, Gym & Swim, Mixed Age Move & Groove, Mommy/Daddy & Me Kayaking, Painting Party, Preschool Gymnastics, Tumble Tots, Scribble Scramble, Tennis, Pre-K Cook and Create, and Preschool/Toddler Playtime (Drop-off). In addition, youth programs and events will include Archery, Counselor-in-Training, Fencing, Field Hockey, Friday Night PJ Parties, Intro to Kayaking, Kids” Night Out, Babysitting Clinic, Space Workshop, Spectacular Family Science Night, Tennis, Summer Fun Nights, Theater, and Intro to Cross Country Running, while after school programs include Beasties Art Classes, Pre-Engineering with Lego, Free Play 120, Golf, Soccer, and Wooden Toys & Crafts.

For teens and adults, the offerings include Belly Dancing, Body Sculpting, Golf, Intro to Kayaking, Learn to Speak Spanish, Tennis, Yoga, and Learn to Run A 5K, as well as trips to Martha's Vineyard and New York City.

Swim programs will feature preschooler and youth lessons, Parent-Tot Swim, and Gym & Swim, while community events include and Easter Egg Hunt, Annual Town Clean-Up, Babysitters Expo, Big Truck Day, Community Yard Sale, Bearfoot Music Series, Summer Concert Series, and Social Media Program.
