Hudson – Art in the Hall, a collaboration between the Arts Alliance and Hudson Town Hall, will next feature artist John Murphrey. His paintings will be on exhibit beginning Monday, March 19 through mid June.

The public is invited to attend the opening reception Sunday, March 25, from 1 to 2:30 p.m., at Hudson Town Hall, 78 Main St.. Come and meet the artist, enjoy music by Ed Hetzler and friends, and enjoy refreshments provided by Harvest Café.

The exhibit may be viewed in the first floor lobby during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Most works will be offered for purchase.

The Art in the Hall Exhibit is a collaborative project between the Hudson Town Hall and the Arts Alliance. Exhibits like this enable the community to enjoy the enormous talent of local artists, while offering gifted individuals another venue in which to display their creative works.

The Arts Alliance sponsors 10 visual art exhibits annually, including the current Natural Wonders Exhibit, the upcoming Arts Alliance Members Spring Art Exhibit in April, and the Summer Fun Exhibit in May. The next solo exhibit scheduled at Hudson Town Hall will be from mid- June to mid-September by innovative photographer Jeanine M. Vitali.
