A great all-body workout is being offered each Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the Marlborough Senior Center, 250 Main St. The first 30 minutes of the class will include a high-intensity, low-impact aerobic mixed with high-intensity, low-impact intervals and calisthenics. The next thirty minutes leads participants through a muscle conditioning workout that will incorporate strength, balance, core strength and stretching.
