A Taste of Natick Mall to help Habitat for HumanityNatick – Habitat for Humanity – MetroWest/Greater Worcester (HFH-MW/GW) invites community residents to an evening of elegance that will help deserving local families take a step toward homeownership. The event, High Heels and Hard Hats – A Taste of Natick Mall – will be held Sunday evening, April 29, in the Neiman Marcus Court of the Natick Mall starting at 6 p.m.

Bex Coffee, California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, MET Bar and Grill, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Sel de la Terre, and Wasabi Sushi are restaurants from the Natick Mall graciously offering a signature dish for event attendees to enjoy. Sel de la Terre will provide a cash bar of selected beers and wines.

The High Heels and Hard Hats evening program will feature a Live and Silent Auction along with live entertainment featuring Redline, an a cappella singing sensation from Boston.

Some of the featured auction items have been made by students from local vocational schools including Worcester Tech, Assabet Valley and Blackstone Tech, to name a few. The items have been painted by local artists in the MetroWest/Greater Worcester communities. These include Veronica Fish, Princeton Arts Society, Creative Arts Studio, Shrewsbury Garden Club and Becker College, among others. Other auction items include Red Sox tickets, afternoon sailing in Newport aboard a private yacht, luxury hotels in Boston and New Hampshire, beautiful artwork, to name a few.

Harriett Lebow, Executive Director, HFH-MW/GW, urges everyone in the area to “Celebrate with us and support Habitat's mission of providing safe, decent and affordable housing in the MetroWest and Greater Worcester communities.”

Tickets to High Heels and Hard Hats can be purchased online at http://www.habitatmwgw.org/donate/donate-online. Single tickets are $50 each; a six-ticket package is $270. Also available is a Patron Package at $200, which includes two tickets and a name listing in the event program.

For those interested in showing their support, additional sponsorships are still available ranging from $200 to $5,000.
