Westborough – The community and Girl Scout alumnae are invited to take a walk down memory lane at the Westborough library in March. The Westborough Girl Scouts have a display in celebration of the organization's one hundredth anniversary. The four cases on the upper level and case near the reference room are filled with local and national memorabilia.
There are pictures, the original charter, photos and articles about the first Westborough Girl Scout troop and much more. Whether you were a Girl Scout or not, there is something interesting to see. Also the library has on display the plague the Westborough Girl Scouts received last year for sending cookies to a military unit in Afghanistan.
