HHS faced Medway High School (MHS) March 18 at the TD Bank Garden in Boston. HHS, the #1 seed in the Central division, defeated #1 Western division seed Longmeadow to overcome their post-season losses in the prior two years and get to the final.
Medway jumped out to a quick first-period lead, but HHS's Tom Fahey tied the game and the first period ended 1-1. HHS scored again in the second period, which ended 2-1, and then three more times in the third period, while MHS failed to put up any points. The final score was 5-1 in Hudson's favor.
