What are some of your earliest hockey memories?

“The earliest hockey memories I have are playing at the NESC [New England Sports Center] early in the morning on weekends. Skating with my brothers during the winters. I always played on my older brother's team growing up.”

What is your favorite game from this past season?

“My favorite game from this past season was beating North Andover to win the Newburyport Tournament in late February. A win against an eastern mass team to give us a 18-1-1 record. It was a great end to our season.”

What was it like to be selected to this year's All Star team?

“I felt fortunate to be selected to the All Star team because there a lot of great players that don's get the opportunity to play with the best kids in the area.”

Was there any one coach who helped you more than the others?

“I think each one of my coaches, from the first time I began playing, through my high school career. They all have made me a better player, and have taught me the game in a way that has given me personal success, but more importantly helped me develop the skills necessary to contribute towards my team's goals.”

What is your favorite class in school?

“I'se enjoyed my math classes the past few semesters, and now I really like my economic theories class.”

What is your favorite non-hockey activity/hobby?

“When I get a break from the season, I like to play golf with my friends, and hang around Hudson.”

Do you want to play in college? Any schools in mind?

“Just like any other kid in Massachusetts, I'se always dreamed of playing for Jack Parker and the Boston University Terriers – a bit of a long shot, but hopefully I will start with a junior team this summer.”

What comes to mind when you think back on your Hudson High career?

“I am grateful for our three Districts titles, Not many people can say that they are three-time District champs, but I wanted to help bring a State Championship back to Hudson since I was little, watching my older brothers play for this school, and I did.”

Which of Hudson's three straight Central Mass Division 3 titles meant the most to you and why?

“It's almost impossible to pick a favorite. Each one brings back memories of the seniors that graduated, and every year the team dynamic changes with new captains leading the team.”

What was it like to win this year's Division 3 State Championship? What was the biggest contributing factor to your success down the stretch?

“A state title this year is exactly what [the team] all wanted. I think our success comes from our workouts in the off-season. We play well into March, take a few months to revitalize our bodies, and show up in July to work out as a team until we start up on November 28th. We (seniors) have been doing it since we were freshmen, working hard all year to play as deep into March as we can.”

Who is your favorite NHL player/team?

“Sidney Crosby [Pittsburgh Pirates] by far, because he has the best game top to bottom, plus I don's like Alex Ovechkin [Washington Capitals]. The Stanley Cup Champion Boston Bruins are my favorite team.”
