Nominations for Applefest Grand Marshal are being accepted through Friday, June 1. Each nominee should be a resident of Northborough and/or a business owner in town. The nominee should also be a contributor to the community in at least one of the following ways: “unsung hero” – a behind-the-scenes contributor, one who epitomizes the spirit of volunteerism, or an elected or appointed official. The nominee is required to exhibit an ongoing effort of service to the community.
Nomination letters should be fewer than 250 words and should explain how the nominee meets the selection criteria. Please provide specific examples.
