Westborough – Monday, May 21, starting at 7 p.m. in the Westborough Public Library meeting room, the Westborough Historical Society will present “Visual History of the Lyman School for Boys.” The public is invited to attend.

Dark, looming dormitories or a thriving farm? What images surface when you hear “reform school”? Historian and author Glenn Parker presents a fascinating visual history of Westborough's Lyman School for Boys. Vintage photographs will feature the school's extensive buildings and grounds on Powder Hill. This program shows the public face of Lyman School and describes the use of its various buildings over its 90-year history.

Westborough Public Library is located at 55 West Main St.
