Westborough – Frances Ann (Zagura) Despres passed peacefully Saturday, May 12, 2012 following a brief illness.
She is survived by two sons, John L. Despres Jr. of Orlando, Fla. and Scott J Despres of Millbury; a daughter, Colleen A Lavallee of Northbridge; eight grandsons; and one great-grandson.
Mrs. Despres was a retired nurse, having worked for many years at Westborough State Hospital and Westborough Nursing Home.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 23, at 6 p.m., at Our Lady of Assumption Church, 10 Waters St., Millbury, with a reception immediately following.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Westborough Fire Department, 42 Milk St., Westborough, MA 01581.
