Dragonflies Boutique presented the fundraiser – a fashion show/tea party at the Hudson Elks Club – to benefit Andrew's Helpful Hands. The Hudson charity helps families going through a bone marrow transplant. The event attracted a sold-out crowd and featured sandwiches, desserts, music, games and a fashion show.
Handmade outfits for children and their American Girl dolls were also available for purchase. Hudson High School students and Andrew's Helpful Hands volunteers dressed up as American Girl characters and mingled with the participants.
