Shrewsbury – Patrons of the Shrewsbury Public Library who have requested holds on materials prior to May 29 should contact the check to check the status of their requests.
Ellen Dolan, the library's director, said that due to a few “kinks” in the new Evergreen system, automatic emails for holds are not being generated. This only applies to materials requested prior to May 29, she said; emails are being sent as scheduled for holds placed after that date.
