Boys & Girls Clubs receive $1,000 from St. Mark's SocietyMarlborough-?The Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest's Marlborough Clubhouse recently presented over 40 St. Mark's School students with certificates of appreciation for their volunteer efforts throughout the school year. Groups of students visited the club twice a week to spend time with club members playing in the Games Room, helping with homework in the Learning Center, or doing arts and crafts projects. In addition to their volunteer hours, the St. Mark's Society donated $1,000 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest to support the quality out-of-school programming.

“We really value the time the St. Mark's students provide volunteering here at the club with our club members,” said Fran Hurley, president of the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest. “This has been a great partnership for a number of years and we appreciate the work done at St. Mark's by Steve Lynch and Rev. LaMacchia in coordinating this program with the students.”
