What are your earliest memories playing golf?
“My earliest memories playing golf are learning at the Juniper Hills golf camp I would attend every summer.”
What made you want to take up golf?
“I started playing when my late Great Grandma got me my first set of golf clubs. I was 5 years old. That, and the fact that my whole family also plays.”
Which of your three seasons playing golf for WHS has been the most special?
“This year was probably the most special for me. The golf team has been doing very well, and we made it to the state tournament.”
What is the best part of your golf game?
“I's have to say the best part of my game is either my driving or my chip shots.”
Who has encouraged you the most to succeed at golf?
“Definitely my mom. She has been with me this whole time, encouraging me to do better, and keep practicing. She was the one who got me started taking lessons, which helped to improve my game a lot. Also, my instructor, Kevin Sullivan, for always being there to help improve my game. As well as my coach, Sandy Robichaud, for always encouraging me throughout the past few seasons.”
Aside from golf, what other sports/activities do you take part in?
“I play varsity soccer. I also ski in the winter, and enjoy wakeboarding and paddleboarding in the summer.”
What is your favorite class in school?
“My favorite class would have to be math because it's definitive, and there's usually only one answer. Also because you use math everyday, and will always need it.”
Who is your favorite professional golfer?
“My favorite pro golfer is Paula Creamer. I got the chance to meet her at an LPGA tournament while I was on vacation in Hawaii.”
