Northborough – Otis Street will continue to be a one-way road going towards Route 9 from the intersection of Thayer/Tomblin Hill Road and Otis Street to Lawrence Street until further notice. Phase 1 of the traffic plan has been implemented. All businesses along Otis Street will remain open for business during construction.
Manhole installation continues from Thayer Street towards Route 9. Northborough police details are on-site to keep traffic flowing as easily as possible.
