Westborough – Dean W. Kimball, 76, of Westborough, passed away Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012 at the Sudbury Pines Extended Care Facility in Sudbury. He was the husband of Betty A. (Davis) Kimball.
Born in Ware, he was the son of the late Howard and Elizabeth (Chandler) Kimball ,and was educated in Lunenburg schools. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture in Amherst.
Mr. Kimball was a horticulturist and owned and operated “Grounds Enforcement.” He was affiliated with The Chapel of the Cross in Westborough and enjoyed gardening and fishing.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Shawn D. Kimball and his wife, Nancy, of Easton and Todd L. Kimball and his wife, Nicole, of San Diego, CA, and two grandchildren, Jessica Kimball and Alexandra Kimball. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
A memorial service was held Aug. 6 in The Chapel of the Cross of Westborough, with private burial in Pine Grove Cemetery. The Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough, assisted with arrangements.
