David C. Hill, 73Berlin – David C. Hill, 73, passed away peacefully at home Monday, Aug. 6, 2012. He was predeceased by his son, Dana J. Hill.

Dave is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Karen (Johnson) Hill; his three daughters and their families, Brenda and husband Phil Brown and their children, Heather, Evan and Cameron of Ashburnham; Denise and husband Jeff Selepack, and her children, Jeremiah, Shane and Elijah Johnson of Boylston; and Tracy Hill and fiancé Bob Sears of Berlin. He will be fondly remembered by many close relatives, friends, and business associates.

Raised in Marlborough, son of the late Fred and Ruth Hill, he graduated from Marlborough High School in 1957 and went on to study at East Coast Aero Tech. He was a salesman for 53 years working at the former MEK of Northborough, Industronics of Millis, Marty Flynn Associates of Chelmsford and most recently for EPAC of Manchester, N.H.

Dave was very active in the First Parish Church of Berlin. He was a hockey coach for numerous local teams, including the Nighthawks girls” hockey team of Marlborough. He was an Eagle Scout and Master Councilor of DeMolay of Marlborough.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Aug. 8, from 4 to 8 p.m., in Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St., Northborough. A graveside service will be held Thursday, Aug. 9, at 10 a.m., in North Cemetery, Highland Street in Berlin.
