Shrewsbury – After each winning a mohawk-inspired wig, Raymond Wiedeman and John Nichols, both 10, participate in a karate demonstration at the annual St. Mary Family Festival held Sept. 14 to 16 on the church grounds. In addition to several inflatable amusements, activities throughout the weekend included games of skill and chance, live entertainment, trackless train rides, and a food court. Other highlights included a 5K road race for adults and a quarter-mile fun run for kids.
