Concord – The annual meeting of the Emerson Hospital Auxiliary will be held Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Nashawtuc Country Club, 1861 Sudbury Rd. in Concord.
This year's event will feature Pam Ressler, RN, BSN, HN-BC, founder of Concord-based Stress Resources which provides stress management and holistic healthcare advice to both businesses and the general public. At the Auxiliary meeting, Pam will leverage her extensive experience in helping people to manage stress in their everyday lives. She will discuss such techniques as mindful meditation and other strategies for increasing mindfulness and reducing stress.
