Region – While voters across the commonwealth approved patient access to medical marijuana in November, many municipalities such as Westborough and Marlborough are now trying to figure out how to ensure that if marijuana dispensaries are proposed for their communities, they will be located only in appropriate areas. In Westborough, the Planning Board has already discussed enacting new zoning regulations. The board will further discuss this during its Thursday, Dec. 20 meeting.
