Marlborough – Marlborough Savings Bank (MSB) has announced the following four promotions:
Ellen W. Dorian to Executive Vice President of Retail Banking. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, marketing, human resources, branch administration and wealth management. A Trustee of the Board of Directors for Employment Options, Inc. and a member of the Massachusetts Bankers Association Public Affairs Committee, she graduated from Southampton College (LIU) and resides in Northborough with her husband, Tim, and children, Alex and Catherine.
Christopher J. Berglund to Executive Vice President of Lending. With over 35 years of banking experience in portfolio performance, credit and pricing, Berglund oversees all commercial lending, residential lending and business development activities. An MBA graduate of Babson College, he is a Board Member of the Marlborough Economic Development Corp., an Advisory Board Member of the Metrowest Economic Research Center, and a member of the West Boylston Finance Committee. Berglund resides in West Boylston with his wife, Judy, and daughter, Kyle.
Karl J. Moisan to Senior Vice President of Business Development. Moisan is responsible for business development including commercial lending, mortgage loan origination and business deposit sales. A graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking program, he is also a Corporator of the YMCA of Greater Worcester and a Westborough Rotary Board of Director. He resides in Grafton with his wife, Sue, and children, Alyssa, Will and Cassie.
Christopher DiBenedetto to Vice President Risk Officer. With over 13 years of experience in auditing and compliance, DiBenedetto is responsible for the Bank's Lending Compliance function, including HMDA and Fair Lending. A graduate of Bentley University, he is a Corporator for the American Red Cross of Central MA and a Member of the Massachusetts Bankers Association Legal and Regulatory Committee. A native of Weston, DiBenedetto resides in Framingham with his wife, Kristen, and sons, Payson, Carter and Chase.
