    Southborough Library hosts meditation program March 9Southborough – The Southborough Library will host Meditation: Quieting the Mind with Judy Royster Saturday, March 9, starting at 11 a.m.? Today, many physicians, therapists, and psychiatrists suggest meditation and mindfulness for health, longevity and peace of mind.? Discover the benefits of regular meditation, learn how to start and maintain a regular practice, and gain specific tools and methods for quieting a busy mind.

    Royster has been teaching meditation and stress reduction through mindfulness at Sacred Spaces in for 12 years. All are welcome to attend the free program.
