Northborough – The undefeated Shrewsbury High School Colonials met the winless Algonquin Regional High School Tomahawks for a boys” tennis match April 26 in Northborough. The Colonials” first doubles team of Austin DeLasse and John Lindsay defeated Algonquin's team of J.J. Courtney and Tadas Buivydas 6-3, 6-0.
In the first singles match, Shrewsbury's Alex Ellwanger defeated the Tomahawks’ James Hawn 6-1, 6-2.? Shrewsbury won the overall match, 4-1, to go to 4-0 while Algonquin dropped to 0-5 for the season.
