Northborough – The Northborough Community Affairs Committee announced the return of its free Summer Concert Series for 2013. All concerts will be held on Thursdays at Ellsworth-McAfee Park (Rt. 135) in Northborough from 6-8 p.m.
Hit the Bus – July 11 (rain date Sunday, July 14, 4-6 p.m.)
Hit the Bus plays an eclectic mix of music ranging from the “50s to today.
Beatles for Sale – July 25 (rain date Sunday, August 4, 2-4 p.m.)
Beatles for Sale is an award-winning, New England-based Beatles tribute band that is committed to recreating the sounds of the Beatles live in concert.
Railroad House Band – August 8
Railroad House is a six-piece acoustic ensemble, playing a wide range of material that includes bluegrass, Western swing, blues, country, and more.
3rd Man Factor – August 22 (rain date Sunday, August 25, 4-6 p.m.)
3MF takes the musical styles of artists from many different genres, including the Grateful Dead, the Allman Brothers Band, Led Zeppelin, and Dave Matthews Band, and mashes them into one intensely jammin’ sound.
