Marlborough – Dexter Brigham, 90 of Marlborough, died Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the Chelsea Soldier's Home, Chelsea.
A Marlborough native, he was the son of the late Leslie and Ethel (Johnson) Brigham and the husband of the late Priscilla (Bertrand) Brigham, who died in 2002. A graduate of Marlborough High School, Class of 1940, he served in the U.S. Air Force.
He retired in 1980 from Alcan Aluminum in Marlborough, where he had been employed for many years as a warehouse manager. He was a former member of the Disabled American Veterans and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses.
He is survived by his son, Peter and his wife Cherie of Marlborough; his daughter, Kathleen Brown and her husband Dennis of Marlborough; his brother, Donald Brigham, and his sister, Barbara Brigham both of California; his grandchildren, Javen Brigham of Marlborough and Kimberly Vartabedian of Milford; and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Friday, Aug. ?2, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Mary's Cemetery, Beach Street in Marlborough.
