Marlborough – Paul L. Rocheleau, 73, of Marlborough, died Saturday, June 29, 2013 at UMass Memorial Healthcare, University Campus in Worcester. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sandra (Martino) Rocheleau of Marlborough.

Paul was born and raised in Hudson, son of the late Harold and Elise (Charbonneau) Rocheleau. He attended local schools and was a graduate of Hudson High School, class of 1959. He was a member of the varsity hockey and baseball teams at Hudson High School.

He was a self-employed mason for many years.

Paul was a longtime hockey referee in Central Massachusetts and member of the Berlin Country Club.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his two children, Kevin Rocheleau and his wife Karen of Milford and Pamela Desantolo and her husband Rudy of Tampa, Fla. He is also survived by his brother, Robert Rocheleau and his wife Velma of Hudson; his sister, Mary Hammond of Marlborough; his four grandchildren, Shane Bishop, Jared Desantolo, Emily Rocheleau, and Nicholas Rocheleau; and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Harold, James and Richard Rocheleau.

A funeral service and celebration of Paul's life will be held Tuesday, July 2, at 8:00 p.m., in the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson. Calling hours will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. oprior to the service. Burial services will be private.
