Frances was born in Shrewsbury, daughter of the late Nicola and Brigida M. (Grilli) Betti. She graduated from Shrewsbury High School in 1946 and had lived here all her life. She soon met the love of her life, Antonio, and together raised their family, keeping them drenched in love and rich traditions that they shared.
Frances worked as Treasurer for Surveys and Analysis, Inc., before she retired in the mid-1990s to enjoy her family whom she loved so much. She shared a loving bond with her husband, Antonio, their children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter; and will forever remain in the hearts of family and friends. She will be remembered as a woman who lived her life with great love, kindness and compassion.
She was a member of Saint Anne's Church and shared a great faith throughout her life.
