Dover – Robert R. Hunter III, 78, beloved husband, Father, Papa, Great-Papa, of Arrowbrook Road, died Saturday, July 7, 2013 peacefully at his home.
Born Sept. 3, 1934, the son of the late Eleanor and Robert Hunter Jr. of Westborough, he was a graduate of Westborough High School, where he played football and baseball.
Bob was a member of the Masons. He was a business owner/entrepreneur. He coached and umpired Little League, and he enjoyed RVing, and boating, and watching sports. His favorite pastime time was creating memories with his family.
He will be greatly missed by, his loving wife of 61 years Helen “Honey” Hunter; their four children, Deborah Bordeaux and her husband Lincoln of Millbury, Pamela Serra of Dover, N.H., Lisa DuBois and her husband Duane of Dover, N.H., and Robert IV and his wife Sally of Beverly; his little buddy, Max; a brother, David Hunter; two sisters, Leone Meigs and Christine Stewart; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Edward Hunter.
A celebration of life will be held for family and close friends.
