Fitchburg – Rosemarie A. Loranger, 84, of Fitchburg, formerly of Florida, Worcester and Westborough, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013 at the Leominster Hospital. She was the wife of the late Paul L. Loranger.
Born in Westborough, she was the daughter of the late Mary Rockwood. She was educated in Westborough schools and graduated from Westborough High School.
Mrs. Loranger was employed as a nursing assistant for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts prior to her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church and an avid reader.
Rosemarie is survived by one son, Richard V. Loranger and his wife Christine of Fithcburg; one sister, Mary Rockwood of Lancaster, N.H.; and two grandchildren, Matthew and Sarah Loranger. She was the mother of the late Thomas Lorraine and Lynda Loranger.
A graveside funeral service was held Oct. 28 in St. Luke's Cemetery, Westborough.
