Gentle Hatha Yoga is available Tuesdays, from 9 – 9:45 a.m., while Gentle Chair Yoga is held Tuesdays, from 10 – 10:45 a.m., and Strengthening Chair Yoga Fridays, from 9 – 10 a.m. Call Marlborough Senior Center at 508-485-6492 to register.
The yoga classes offer mindful movements coordinated to your breathing. Yoga strengthens bones and muscles and improves posture and balance. You will leave class with an overall feeling of well-being and calm relaxation.
