Author Thompson to sign copies of new book about men's aging process at Tatnuck Bookseller

    Edward ThompsonWestborough – Author Edward H. Thompson, Jr. will be signing copies of his new book, “A Man's Guide to Healthy Aging – Stay Smart, Strong and Active” at Tatnuck Bookseller Saturday, Dec. 21 from 1 to 3 p.m.

    In this book, Thompson and his co-author Lenard W. Kaye in collaboration with a variety of medical experts, provide a comprehensive guide to healthy aging from a man's perspective. They ?describe the actions men can take to stay healthy, how body systems function, and what changes may occur as men age.

    This book will help men reinvent themselves once, twice or more by managing their health, creating new careers, and contributing their skills and experiences to their communities.
