Hudson – The Hudson High School Drama Department's improvisational comedy group Popped! will perform three shows Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Jan. 9-11, at 7 p.m. at the high school, 69 Brigham St. The shows will be packed full of improvisational comedy games made popular by the television show “Who's Line is it Anyway,” the Upright Citizens Brigade, and other amateur improv troupes from across the country.
The troupe is composed of 18 students from grades 8 to 12, led by seniors Nick Allan, Cody Grimm, Jeremy Saunders, Jack Colaianni, Duncan Martinez, Andrew Hatch, and Sydney Orason.
Shows are interactive as the troupe will be relying on audience participation for ideas, situations, and even participation in certain games. Tickets are $8 and may be purchased at the door.
