Westborough – Martha Coakley, the attorney general of the commonwealth of Massachusetts and a Democratic candidate for governor, will be a guest speaker at the Westborough Democratic Town Committee meeting Tuesday, Feb. 11, at Tatnuck Bookseller, 18 Lyman St. The meeting will start at 7 p.m.; Coakley is due to speak at approximately 8 p.m.
Coakley was a prosecutor before serving as Middlesex District Attorney and then the commonwealth's first female Attorney General.? She was part of the first female class to attend Williams College, and received her J.D. from the Boston University School of Law.
