Westborough – Author Jennifer Carey Davis will be signing copies of her new novel, “Near the Hope” at Tatnuck Bookseller Saturday, March 1 from 12-2 p.m.
The novel takes place at the turn of the twentieth century in Barbados, where the island is emptying out, as young men chase their fortunes on the Panama Canal or a merchant's vessel, and women seek the promise held in passage to the United States.
Tatnuck Bookseller is located at the Westborough Shopping Center, Route 9 and Lyman Street.
