Westborough – Project Graduation Westborough is an independent non-profit organization whose mission is to provide the graduating high school seniors with a safe, chemical-free celebration the evening of their graduation.

The evening event, to be held at TeamWorks, 185 Otis St., Northborough,? Saturday, June 7, will be a surprise “themed” environment with decorations, entertainment, food, games, and recreational sports from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m.

Planning is already under way for this year's event, according to a press release from the organizers. Project Graduation relies on the involvement and contributions of parent volunteers. Each year, parents of under classmen chaperone the evening's activities. Volunteers are still needed to participate in fundraising, decorating, set up, and clean up.

The Project Graduation Committee is inviting all members of the Westborough High School community interested in participating in this year's event to contact co-chairs Debbi Silverman at 508-836-8983 or [email protected] or Holly Damiano at 508-596-4384 or [email protected]? for more information.

Parents and community businesses are encouraged to make a donation to help cover the cost of Project Graduation. Each year, families of high school juniors and seniors are also asked to donate to help defray the cost of the evening.

Financial donations are also gratefully accepted and may be sent to Project ?Graduation, P.O. Box 67, Westborough, MA 01581.
