Shrewsbury – Oak Middle School, 45 Oak St., will present “The Pajama Game,” a musical, Friday, June 6, and Saturday, June 7, at 7 p.m.
The Pajama Game takes the audience back to the 1950s at the Sleep-Tite Pajama Factory.?Sparks will fly between new superintendent Sid Sorokin and Babe Williams, leader of the union grievance committee.?Their relationship will be tested when the workers at the factory strike for a pay increase, and conflicts between management and labor arise. Will the pajama factory be able to overcome the struggles within the company, or will Sleep-Tite fall apart at the seams?
Tickets are $12 for adults; $10 for students and seniors. Tickets will be available at the door the night of the shows.
