Hudson – Nearly 1,800 area residents supported the Hudson Rotary Club and the Rotary Club of Nashoba Valley when they partnered Aug. 16 for the second annual Spirit of Hudson Food and Brewfest. Guests mingled in tents at the Avidia Bank parking lot on South Street, where they sampled food and desserts offered by 15 eateries from Hudson, Marlborough, Bolton and Stow. Over 120 crafted beers were available from 40 breweries. DJ Bobby Begg provided music.

The event's platinum sponsors were Avidia Bank, Community Advocate, Matec Instrument Companies and New England Clean Energy. Proceeds go to scholarships and community programs of the two clubs.
