Shrewsbury – With temperatures nearing 85 degrees,it was more like a summer day Sept. 27 as residents and visitors flocked to the ‘Spirit of Shrewsbury Fall Festival Town Expo and Craft Fair held at the Oak Middle School. Vendors included many town groups, nonprofit organizations and local businesses.
