Worcester – Diane T. (Bonin) Kittredge, 71, of Worcester, formerly of Marlborough, died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014 at her home.
Born and raised in Marlborough, she was the daughter of the late Walter E. and Marion (Brunelle) Bonin Zamerelli.
A graduate of Marlborough High School, Diane had been employed at the former Jordan Marsh Co. in Framingham prior to opening her own business, European Elegance, in Westborough. Her love and talent for interior design as well as the imported gifts, fine lace, and linens she sold added to the quality of service she provided for her customers.
Mimi to her grandchildren, she was a sweet woman with a good sense of humor who loved to read, watch movies, and play a good game of cards.
She is survived by her son, James Kittredge and his fiancé Glendalys of Worcester; her daughter, Kim Kittredge of Shirley; her brother, Walter Bonin and his wife Joanne of Marlborough; and her grandchildren, Michael Marrazzo, Erin Conley, Jason Kittredge, Justin Kittredge, Michelle Kittredge, and Amaya Reyes-Kittredge; and several nieces.
Visiting hours will be held Sunday, Oct. 26, from 2-4 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 4 p.m. at the Slattery Funeral Home, 40 Pleasant St., Marlborough. Burial will be held at a later date.
